Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to contract terms. Upon termination, any unpaid fees become immediately due, and iiNOVEX may withdraw teams from client projects.
9. Governing Law
